CHROMECAST WITH GOOGLE TV REVIEW:SABRINA.

As rumours have it, Google is said to be working on a new dongle nicknamed "Sabrina" which will require you to plug it into the HDMI port on your TV to bring the android experience in the comfort of your living room as seen in a number of TVs like TCL, Sony and recently joined Hisence.

The dongle is expected to come with a Bluetooth remote control equipped with a microphone and a dedicated Google Assistant button to control content, volume and many more with your voice. This comes in hand after the chromecast forced its users for years to use their smartphones as a remote control to pause or skip their shows. To my opinion this was tedious.

Apart from just controlling the dongle, the remote will have the capability of controlling other Assistant-compatible devices like any nearby smart lighting or a central heating system like Google-owned Nest. The remote can also be used to control your TV as a universal remote. Isn't this cool?

Based on leaks posted online, "Sabrina" is likely to cost way lesser than any other Chromecasts, and this means it's going to be worthy to put hands on one since it will cost you as little as $49.99.

SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 2 5G: IMPRESSION( DISPLAYS AND HINGES)

After taking into considerations the updates requested by the users of the first Galaxy Fold, the giant phone manufacturer has once again revealed its successor to the Fold which will now be referred to as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and it will still go to cost you around $2000.

One of the distinct improvements evident in the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 is its displays.  We see that Samsung has gone ahead to increase the size of the front screen from 4.6-inches to 6.2-inches which is a good initiative to compete with other smartphone rivals. Furthermore, they went ahead and increased the size of the main display to about 7.6-inches which in turns resulted in the decrease of the bezels on the inside by 27%.

Another fascinating improvement is the material used to make the main screen. Samsung made another huge improvement by ditching the plastic material, which was previously used in the making of the first Fold phone and they have now settled for its own Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) which is meant to improve the durability of the device.

Finally, another improvement that Samsung took into consideration is the hinges. Even though the Z Fold 2’s hideaway hinge still uses the core technology from the Galaxy Z Flip, this hinge will allow the device to stay open using Flex mode, at multiple angles as opposed to the previous Fold which only allowed one to either open it fully or just closed it.

This improvement will enable one to prop up the device and use the half of the screen to do one task and another one to do another task simultaneously. More so, there is an introduction of a new “sweeper” mechanism found inside the hinge that can be used to clean dirt that might get inside the hinge to prevent any kind of damage and increase on durability.

Here are the complete specs of the GALAXY Z FOLD 2:

MICROSOFT SURFACE DUO: THE FIRST EVER ANDROID FROM MICROSOFT.

Microsoft has finally unveiled its first-ever Android-powered device two weeks ago which is dubbed the Surface Duo. The highly anticipated device which is expected to be released on 10th Sept is packed with two screens as the name suggests and it is expected to battle out with giant companies like Samsung, LG and Huawei who have earlier released their dual screens devices.

One feature that makes this gadget to stand out, is its small size which resembles a small notebook when folded and almost the size of iPad mini when unfolded. When unfolded, it measures about 4.8 mm thickness which makes it to be the thinnest android device. Furthermore, its thickness is almost the size of the USB-C port.

Another outstanding feature is the material which is used to make it. For both front and back, it's made of glass, and due to durability concerns, the hinges were exempted from being made of glass. Microsoft did not forget to include a bumper inside the box which is meant to attach the device with an adhesive which is commonly found in devices like Galaxy fold cases.

All eyes are focused on the flawlessness of the folding and to assure you is that the Surface Duo provides the best folding experience and it folds at 360° or you can fold it at any position and make it stay there. This is so impressive since no device has ever done this before. Therefore Microsoft deserves thumps up on this.
